Laksa noodle soup
Cook the Fettucini & white Rice Spaghetti first & get a beautifully enticing soup noodle that is good even to look at .
Method:
In a medium size soup pot, add oil, minced garlic and ginger, saute on medium heat until aromatic, then add lemongrass and cook for another 1 minute.
Gently add laksa paste and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Slowly add chicken stock and water and then let it simmer on medium low for 10 minute.
Add coconut milk, fish sauce, tofu puffs and cooked shrimp (or cooked chicken) and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the cooked Fettucini Style pasta and White rice spaghetti to the soup and let it cook for 1 minute.
Place the noodle soup in a large bowl, top it with bean sprouts, cilantro, crispy fried garlic or shallots, and a lime wedge.

Simple Roast beef pasta soup
Ingredients
1 cup cooked Tinkyada Shell Pasta
1 cup vegetable of choice (ex: Cube zucchini, corn, pepper, green pea, mushroom)
2 slices deli Roast beef
2 cup beef stock
Rice products absorb sauce easily - Great Taste already there!
Pasta Shells and colorful vegetables bring your lunch to perfection. Do away with the beef if you go VEGAN. Just add more mushrooms around the bowl and bring up the light and delicious taste!
Method:
Using a small pot, heat up the beef stock until boiling.
Add vegetable and cook for 2 minute on medium high.
Add cooked Shell pasta and cook for 1 minute.
Add the roast beef and then turn off the stove and let it sit for 1 minute before pouring it into a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

1 ½ tbsp oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp minced ginger
3 inch lemongrass
1/3 cup laksa paste
½ can coconut cream
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup Cooked Tinkyada Fettucini Style noodles
1 cup Cooked Tinkyada White Rice Spaghetti
6 fried tofu puffs, cut in half
6 cooked shrimp Or ½ cup cooked chicken meat
2 cups chicken stock / broth
1 cup water
Garnishes
¼ cup bean sprouts
Lime wedges
Chopped fresh cilantro
Crispy fried garlic or shallot
Penne Crisp & Lasagna Chips
Lasagna Chips
Ingredients:
4 uncooked dry lasagna sheets
1 tbsp oil
Lasagna chips with cinnamon sugar
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
Airfried lasagna chips
Lasagna Chips
Method:
Boil lasagne pasta for 15 min in 4 quart water at medium high heat.
Carefully remove pasta from pot and rinse with cold water. And then drain for 2 minute.
Add oil and mix until full incorporated
Take out 1 sheet of lasagna and cut lengthwise in the middle, and then cut into 5 sections. Repeat with other lasagna until finish.
Place the pasta in airfryer and cook for 8 minute at 400ºF, mix every 3 minute to ensure even cooking.
Add seasoning of choice
Enjoy!
Lasagna chips with cinnamon sugar
Method:
Mix and blend the sugar and cinnamon while lasagna chip is hot out of the airfryer.
Let cool and enjoy!
Penne Crisp
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked dry penne pasta
1 tbsp oil
Penne crisp with Chocolate drizzle and sprinkle
Ingredients
¼ cup chocolate chip
1 tsp sprinkle
1 cup penne crisp

Method:

Boil penne pasta for 15 min in 4 quart water at medium high heat.

Carefully remove pasta from pot and rinse with cold water. And then drain for 2 minute.

Add oil and mix until full incorporated

Place the pasta in airfryer and cook for 12 minute at 350ºF, mix every 5 minute to ensure even cooking.

Add seasoning of choice

Penne crisp with Chocolate drizzle and sprinkle
Method:

Place chocolate chip in a ziplock bag and microwave at 15 second intervals until melted.

Cut the corner of the ziplock bag and drizzle on the penne crisp and then sprinkle with sprinkle.
